Cynthia R. Milsap is Director of the “Nurturing the Call” program, a certificate program in urban ministry which targets African American pastors and church leaders.She also coordinates the curriculum and student services at the Center for African American Theological Studies program, an African-centered Master of Divinity program,where students earn a Master of Divinity degree from Virginia Union University’s Proctor School of Theology. Both of these programs are offered by SCUPE, the Seminary Consortium for Urban Pastoral Education, in Chicago. She is working on her dissertation, where her research focus is on women in ministry and their leadership development needs.
