Mark Rich holds a doctorate in theology and ethics from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, where he focused on the economics of Jesus. He is pastor at Peace Lutheran Church in Holland, MI. He taught New Testament at the Lutheran Graduate School of Theology of the Malagasy Lutheran Church. He is married to Cynthia Holder Rich, is the proud dad of three great kids, and is a closet pacifist.
